The Solutions Architecture Team at Bright Data is a full-scope role stretching from pre-sales through solution implementation to ramp up. The team partners with our customers to realize their full potential through the adoption of prescriptive solutions that drive their growth and success.
As a manager of the AMER Solutions Architecture team, you will grow the team and inspire them to do outstanding work. This is a player/coach role and must be a driver who loves building teams, processes and growing businesses. This role requires great interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally as a trusted advisor to our sales, professional services, product, and engineering teams.
This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco.

Recruit, coach, and mentor the Solutions Architecture team on customer engagement, technical strategy, and execution excellence while guiding the overall direction of the organization.
Lead from the front by directly owning technical strategy, complex solutions, and execution on strategic accounts alongside your team.
Align with the Regional Sales Director and RVP for the AMER business to understand the pipeline and proactively drive opportunities to closure.
