We are looking for our CPA, a senior leader for our tax practice. This is a client-facing, advisory role with real ownership: you'll sign off on complex partnership returns, advise sponsors on structuring and transactions, lead a team of reviewers and preparers (onshore and offshore), and help take our services to market. The right person is an experienced tax manager ready to step up, or a new senior tax manager who wants more room to build.
This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role with real ownership. You'll sign off on complex partnership returns, advise sponsors on structuring and transactions, lead a team of reviewers and preparers across onshore and offshore functions, and play a meaningful role in how we design, price, and bring our services to market.
What are we looking for
Own final professional sign-off on partnership returns for real estate sponsors, funds, family offices, and operating entities.
Advise clients on entity structuring, transactions, distributions, and inbound investor matters - including foreign investor structures (Blocker / REIT / treaty considerations).
Serve as the senior point of contact on key accounts; lead kickoffs, planning conversations, and year-end tax strategy sessions.
Build trusted relationships with clients and manage engagements from initial planning through final delivery.
Lead and develop a team of experienced reviewers and preparers, and coordinate effectively with offshore prep teams.
Partner with leadership on service design, pricing, and go-to-market strategy for our tax offerings, contributing to the continued growth and evolution of our tax practice by helping define processes, standards, and best practices.
