Nova is looking for a Customer Product Manager to drive the strategy, business success, and lifecycle management of assigned products within Nova’s product portfolio.
As part of this role, you will hold full accountability for defining the product direction, supporting commercialization activities, increasing customer adoption, and ensuring the product remains technically competitive and commercially successful throughout its lifecycle.
In this role, you will work closely with customers and cross-organizational functions, including R&D, Applications, Engineering, Service, Sales, and Marketing, to translate customer and market needs into clear product priorities, business opportunities, and long-term growth.

Define, develop, and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for assigned products, aligned with the division’s portfolio strategy and business goals.
Take ownership of product definition, including product requirements, feature prioritization, technical trade-offs, and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead commercialization activities, including Go-to-Market planning, beta programs, customer evaluations, product demonstrations, and RFQ support.
Build strong relationships with customers to understand product performance, capture Voice of Customer, and identify opportunities to improve competitiveness, usability, and customer satisfaction.
Drive product growth through strategic product evaluations, customer adoption initiatives, product promotions, and market-facing activities.
Act as the focal point for complex customer escalations, coordinating cross-functional actions to ensure timely resolution and customer success.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Applications, Engineering, Service, Sales, and Marketing to maximize product performance, quality, profitability, and lifecycle success.
Lead Technical Review Meetings to drive product priorities, customer commitments, launch readiness, and cross-functional alignment.
Own product lifecycle management, including product enhancements, business performance tracking, portfolio optimization, and End-of-Life planning and execution.
Support market analysis, competitive assessment, and business case development to guide strategic product decisions.
MSc in Physics, Materials Science, Electronics, Optics, or a related technical discipline.
At least 3 years of engineering experience in the semiconductor equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes and equipment.
Previous experience in Applications, Product Marketing, Product Management, or a similar customer-facing technical/business role within a global technology company.
Strong business and strategic thinking, including the ability to analyze markets, assess competition, and develop business cases.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to combine deep technical understanding with commercial and business-oriented decision-making.
Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
