At BOA Ideas, we build complex eCommerce experiences, customer-facing platforms, and large-scale integrations for some of the leading brands in Israel and around the world. Our projects combine technology, business thinking, and seamless user experiences to create solutions that make a real impact.
We're looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join us for a major new project launching in the coming weeks. We're looking for someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
This is a chance to be part of a major global project, collaborate with both business and technology teams, and play a key role in building scalable solutions across different markets.
What You'll Do
Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
Design and document workflows and system processes.
Support the implementation of a new global loyalty platform and its integrations.
Work with APIs and system connections across platforms like eCommerce, CRM, ERP, and customer service tools.
Create and manage Jira tasks and user stories.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product managers, business teams, and external partners throughout the project.
Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and help prepare the system for launch.
Keep documentation clear, organized, and up to date.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in IT projects — MUST
Experience with Shopify or other enterprise eCommerce platforms — MUST
Immediate availability — MUST
Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience writing functional specifications and documenting business processes.
Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, JSON, XML).
Hands-on experience with SQL.
Experience working with Jira.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Experience with Loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement platforms — advantage.
Experience with Postman and API testing — advantage.
Experience working with international teams and external vendors — advantage.
