Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact, you will be leading the day-to-day office operations to ensure that things run smoothly and efficiently supporting various initiatives to maintain a positive employee experience.
Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations, including food and supply orders, cleaning services, deliveries, and ongoing office needs.
Handle day-to-day office maintenance issues by coordinating directly with relevant service providers, technicians, and vendors.
Work closely with the accounting department on invoices, payment tracking, bank-related matters, and ongoing financial administration.
Manage all company travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and related travel logistics.
Help plan and execute the company employee experience strategy, including employee activities, events, happy hours, holidays, and more.
Serve as the main point of contact for employees on all office-related matters.
Ensure a pleasant working environment and smooth day-to-day administrative operations.
Work closely with the IT Manager on ongoing office and employee needs.
Partner closely with HR and assist with onboarding new hires.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in office management, preferably in a startup environment.
Highly proactive with the ability to execute projects end-to-end.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience working with Mesh - a strong advantage.
High level of English and Hebrew, both verbal and written.
Highly service-oriented, creative, resourceful, and forward-thinking.
