Description
Pi-Cardia, a dynamic medical device startup specializing in cardiovascular innovations, is looking for a Planning and Control Planner to join our team. The Planning and Control Planner will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and improving organizational work processes, developing methodologies, performance metrics, and control mechanisms, with the goal of increasing efficiency, improving operational performance, and ensuring optimal use of organizational resources.
Responsibilities:
Develop planning and control models, KPIs, and management reports
Design and implement work methods and procedures
Support the improvement and/or assimilation of existing/new information systems and processes (ERP / BI / operational systems)
Perform time studies, workload analysis, and productivity measurements, and provide recommendations for improved resource allocation (mainly in the manufacturing area)
Manufacturing capacity analysis and recognizing bottlenecks
Defining and implementing KPIs and working processes in the Planning & Logistics team as well as in other areas involved in the supply chain flow
Generating tools for budget planning and usage tracking
Costing and Yield calculations and analysis
Backup for the supply chain planner
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management
At least 2 years experience in a similar job
Experience in mapping, analyzing and optimizing working processes
Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking skills
Familiarity with BI tools - advantage
Experience with ERP system (Priority – advantage)
High proficiency in Excel and BI tools
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to lead and influence processes
High level of organization, attention to detail, and a systemic, big-picture perspective
Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset
High sense of ownership and ability to meet deadlines
