Job description
The Company
Mixtiles is a $300M profitable brand reinventing how homes feel.
We build products people didn’t know they needed - and now can’t imagine living without.
Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting.
And we’re just getting started.
Everything we make is designed from scratch.
If it’s not 10x better, we don’t ship it.
The Role
This is the product that built the company.
Mixtiles Photos generates more than $200M in annual revenue, reaches millions of customers, and hangs on the walls of 5% of U.S. households.
The product works. Customers love it.
Now comes the harder part.
Finding the next chapter of growth.
We're looking for a Director, Product & Revenue to lead our core Photos business and unlock its next level of performance.
You'll sit at the intersection of product, growth, marketing, operations, and customer experience - owning the biggest levers in the business and deciding where to push next.
Pricing. Packaging. Merchandising. Upsells. Promotions. Retention. Conversion. New product concepts. Customer experience.
You'll help answer questions like:
Where is the next $100M of growth?
Which customer problems are still unsolved?
What should we build next?
What should we stop doing?
Which experiments are worth betting on?
This is one of the highest-leverage roles in the company.
What You’ll Do
Own the growth and performance of the core Photos business
Identify and prioritize the biggest revenue opportunities across the customer journey
Lead product initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and customer delight
Partner closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Customer Experience
Use customer insights and data to shape strategy and investment decisions
Drive experimentation across pricing, offers, merchandising, bundles, and lifecycle experiences
Develop new product concepts and revenue streams within the Photos category
Help define what the next generation of Mixtiles Photos looks like
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional product and business judgment
Strong intuition for customers, growth, and monetization
A builder's mindset - you like creating opportunities, not just managing them
Deep curiosity about why customers buy, return, recommend, and churn
Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions with imperfect information
Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership
You might have…
Owned a major consumer product or business line
Led growth, product, lifecycle, monetization, or general management initiatives
Built products or experiences that drove meaningful revenue growth
Worked at the intersection of product, marketing, and business strategy
Led teams through ambiguity while maintaining speed and focus
Is this role relevant for you?
