Senior Bookkeeper/Accounting

Description Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment. We are looking for a hands-on Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. This role combines full-cycle bookkeeping responsibilities with ownership of financial reporting, month-end close processes, and audit support in a dynamic, global environment. Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities Prepare financial reports and support external audits Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts on an ongoing basis Ensure compliance with U.S. accounting standards, tax regulations, and reporting requirements Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation Work closely with headquarters and provide regular financial reporting Collaborate with vendors, customers, auditors, and financial service providers Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles and tax regulations Experience managing full-cycle bookkeeping independently Proficiency with QuickBooks and accounting/ERP systems Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Additional Information- On-site position Location: Nashua, New Hampshire
