Description
The Global HRBP serves as a strategic business partner to leadership and managers across global operations and is responsible for leading end-to-end HR processes.
The role combines organizational consulting, leadership development, leading Learning & Development processes, managing and implementing Organizational Development (OD) processes, responsibility for HRIS processes, and supporting international growth and expansion.
The position requires a broad systemic perspective, the ability to work in a multicultural and multi-interface environment, and to lead cross-organizational processes. This position reports to the HR VP.
Responsibilities
Business Partnering
Strategic partnership with leadership and managers across global operations
Advising and supporting managers in employee management, organizational decision-making, and structural changes
Managing Workforce Planning processes aligned with business goals
Supporting organizational change, growth, and global expansion processes
Learning & Development
Building a global learning strategy aligned with business needs
Designing and leading development programs for managers and employees
Leading Talent Development and Succession Planning processes
Working with international training vendors and implementing digital learning solutions
Organizational Development (OD)
Leading organizational diagnosis and development processes
Building competency models
Implementing global performance management processes
Supporting organizational culture change and strengthening engagement
HRIS & People Analytics
Responsibility for implementation, deployment, and improvement of global HRIS systems
Leading automation and digitization processes in HR
Analyzing HR data and generating insights to support decision-making
Improving employee experience in HR systems
Global HR Processes
Managing employee lifecycle processes across different countries
Working with legal entities and vendors in operating countries
Implementing global policies while adapting to local regulations
Requirements
At least 5–8 years of experience in HRBP roles within a global organization, supporting global functions
Proven experience supporting senior leadership and executives.
Experience leading Learning & Development and OD processes.
Strong familiarity with HRIS systems and People Analytics.
Experience leading cross-organizational change processes.
Very high level of English.
