abra is looking for an Experienced CRM Dynamics Analyst
Responsibilities:
Analysis of complex systems and preparation of functional and technical specification documents.
Management of complex requirements analysis processes with company clients, including understanding customer needs and leading business processes.
Collaboration with software vendors and internal and external organizational interfaces.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in systems analysis – must
Proven experience in writing detailed specification documents, both functional and technical, including interface specifications – must.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in implementation and configuration of processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – a significant advantage.
Familiarity with service centers / sales / marketing environments – an advantage.
Knowledge and experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
Relevant education or professional training in systems analysis.
