Talent Acquisition Associate

Description Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment for millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you'll take a meaningful part of the hiring process, source for new candidates, and ensure all candidates have an excellent experience. Responsibilities Maintain daily interaction with candidates for Moon Active’s positions Conduct in-depth phone & Zoom interviews with candidates Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting targets Daily interaction with Hiring Managers & Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth process. Be responsible for screening resumes and managing our database. Engage passive candidates using different channels and tools. Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure Requirements Passion for recruitment BSc in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure 1-2 years of experience in recruitment - Advantage #LI-Hybrid
