A growing and financially stable global technology company in the fintech and online trading space is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join its IT team. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, supporting employees and taking part in maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure and internal systems.
This is a 6-month position.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees across the organization.
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, peripherals, and software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and communication issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Support and maintain Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory environments.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and end-user systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.
Assist with the implementation of new technologies and IT-related projects.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a similar IT Support role.
Experience providing remote support for workstations, servers, and Office applications.
Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Experience with VoIP communication systems.
Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, NTFS, and Share permissions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach and willingness to learn new technologies.
Fluent in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
Nice to Have
Experience supporting production environments.
Experience setting up and maintaining physical and virtual servers.
Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and EDR systems.
Knowledge of networking, switches, and routing.
Relevant IT certifications or professional courses.
