Payoneer is becoming an AI-native company, where AI is the operating layer powering how we create products, build software, transform business operations, and serve millions of customers.
We are looking for an exceptional Product Leader to define and lead the product strategy for Payoneer's Core AI Platform—the AI operating layer enabling trusted, scalable AI across Product, Engineering, and Business.
This is one of the company's most strategic product leadership roles. Partnering closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Business, you will define the platform strategy, lead the first generation of AI-native solutions, and establish reusable patterns that accelerate AI adoption across the company.
You will also shape how Payoneer leverages the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem—making strategic build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions to combine differentiated internal capabilities with best-in-class external technologies into a trusted, enterprise-grade AI platform.
The Core AI Platform enables three strategic outcomes: transforming how products are built, enabling every business function to redesign and automate workflows through AI, creating agentic customer experiences across Payoneer's products.

Shape the AI Platform Vision & Strategy
Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payoneer's Core AI Platform.
Continuously identify platform opportunities that accelerate AI adoption across the company.
Shape the Future of AI at Payoneer: Act as a thought leader in AI platforms, AI-native product development, and company AI transformation.
Build the Core AI Platform
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Core AI Platform, making strategic build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions to create a trusted, scalable AI operating layer, including: AI infrastructure, governance, evaluation and responsible AI.
Deliver the First AI-Native Solutions
Beyond building the platform itself, identify and lead the first generation of strategic AI-native solutions that establish reusable patterns and accelerate AI transformation across the company. Examples: AI-native Product life cycle capabilities, Engineering coding agents, AI-powered business workflow automation Drive Platform Adoption:
Build a product-led platform that teams actively choose to adopt by delivering intuitive APIs, reusable services, outstanding developer experience, documentation, templates, and self-service capabilities.
Drive measurable adoption, engagement, and reuse across the organization.
Partner Across the Company:
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Architecture, and Business leaders to enable AI capabilities across internal workflows and customer-facing products.
Champion shared platform capabilities over fragmented point solutions, helping every organization move faster while maintaining consistency, governance, and scalability.
What Success Looks Like within the first 6–12 months, you will have:
Defined the long-term product vision and roadmap for Payoneer's Core AI Platform.
Delivered foundational platform capabilities adopted across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Launched multiple AI-native solutions demonstrating measurable business impact.
Established Payoneer's AI product governance framework.
Accelerated engineering productivity through AI-native development capabilities.
Enabled reusable AI capabilities powering customer-facing products.
Built a scalable operating model for AI platform product management.
Who you are:
Experience
10+ years of Product Management experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale platform products (AI, dev infra, or enterprise), including product strategy in highly technical environments.
Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, MCPs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, and AI platform architectures.
Experience partnering closely, including hands on, with Engineering, Data, Infra, Security & Architecture orgs
Demonstrated success driving adoption of platform capabilities and organizational change across complex, cross-functional organizations.
Leadership:
A product leader who sets multi-year platform direction and delivers against it.
A systems thinker who connects technology, product, and business strategy.
Able to influence senior stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations without direct authority and in ambiguous situations,
Focused on building platforms and reusable capabilities rather than point solutions.
