We’re looking for a detail-driven Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, reporting, and process optimization. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient financial management while supporting strategic business decisions.
What You Will Be Doing:
Accounts Receivable & Billing: Manage the end-to-end AR process, including preparing and sending customer invoices, overseeing collections of outstanding balances, conducting aging analysis, and driving cash flow optimization - hands-on execution from billing preparation through full collection cycle
Financial Reporting: Own the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS
Commissions Management: Own the full cycle of sales and partner commission calculations, validation, reporting, and reconciliation
Accounts Payable Oversight: Supervise vendor invoice processing, payment approvals, and AP workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Audit Readiness & Compliance: Serve as a key focal point during audits, ensuring day-to-day operations consistently meet audit standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
At least 3 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including prior experience in a startup environment
CPA license required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Fluent English, both verbal and written
Hands-on experience with CRM and accounting systems - Salesforce, NetSuite
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
