Full-Cycle Bookkeeper

We are experiencing sky-rocketing growth and closed a historically large $105M Series A round in February of 2024. Job description We are looking for a Full-Cycle Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. Responsibilities Own accounting processes from transaction recording through month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations Accounts Payable processing (invoices, payments and reconciliations) Accounts Receivable processing (invoices, collections and reconciliations) Process journal entries and maintain documentation for credit cards and expense management platforms (e.g., Mesh) Review and record employee travel and expense reimbursements Prepare and submit VAT reports, withholding tax and other tax filings Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations across group entities Support external audit processes including the preparation of requested documents and interactions with auditors Requirements Certified Bookkeeper At least 5 years’ experience in bookkeeping (in the high-tech industry preferred) Experience with NetSuite – mandatory Good English, both written and spoken Advanced Excel skills Hands-on approach Learn more https://www.exodigo.com https://www.youtube.com/@exodigo2321
