Master’s degree in Organizational Consulting – mandatory Two years of experience or more in a consulting firm, in supporting and leading organizational processes – significant advantage Experience working with clients and leading projects Versatility and ability to move between different content worlds and projects Passion to learn, develop and influence Significant advantage for: Experience in customer experience, service or customer research Familiarity with surveys, organizational research, data analysis and generating insights Creative thinking and the ability to bring solutions outside the box Why join us?
