Job description
Description
Fullpath by Cox Automotive is a fast growing tech company in the automotive space with hubs across the US and Israel. We are disrupting the multi-trillion dollar transportation industry with our advanced Customer Data Platform (CDP). Our work happens in the fast lane as we bring AI-powered, data-driven solutions to a quickly evolving industry.
Our team at Fullpath is made up of curious and creative individuals who are always looking to achieve the impossible. We are bold, collaborative, and goal driven, and, at our core, we believe every voice has value and can impact our bottom line.
If you are a creative, solutions oriented individual who is ready to put your career in drive, Fullpath is the place for you!
We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to orchestrate the strategic integration and operational programs across the business. This role is about driving execution and cohesion, ensuring all work streams are progressing, teams are aligned on what matters, and we deliver against business goals.
You will operate as a central program lead, working closely with the COO and senior leaders across the organization. You’ll balance ongoing company operations alongside major transformation and integration initiatives, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is based out of Tel-Aviv and reports to the COO
What you will be responsible for
Own and drive the full integration program alongside the COO including Tech, Product, GTM, Data, Ops, Security, Brand and more.
Run the operating cadence: checkpoints, status, escalations, decisions - with clear owners and timelines.
Manage cross-track dependencies so nothing falls between teams.
Maintain dual context: keep BAU company operations and integration workstreams aligned without collisions
Surface risks early and drive them to resolution
Provide clear, concise visibility to leadership on progress and gaps
Work across Fullpath and Cox Automotive stakeholders to reduce friction and build alignment
Requirements
5+ years in operations, program management, chief of staff, or similar senior operational roles
Led or co-led post-merger integration or large-scale business transformation programs
Direct experience as a trusted operational partner to C-suite / executive leadership
Technically fluent with the ability to engage with engineering and product teams on architecture, trade-offs, and technical decisions
SaaS / tech company background with meaningful exposure to engineering and product orgs
Israel-based with availability for US time zone overlap
Cross-cultural fluency working across Israeli and US teams
Hands-on operator who drives outcomes, not a process-only coordinator
Strong executive communicator and startup mindset
The top candidate will also have
Automotive industry experience
Previous Chief of Staff role to a COO or CEO
Experience managing integration programs across multiple geographies simultaneously
Why you should join us
An awesome global team of forward-thinking, innovative go-getters.
A front-row seat to the strategic decisions shaping the company at a pivotal moment.
Direct partnership with the C Level leadership team — exposure, ownership, and visibility from day one.
Learning and growth opportunities within a fast-paced tech startup environment. As a part of our team, your success in this role is crucial to our company's growth, and we are committed to supporting you.
Of course - Cibus and lots of yummy treats!
