We are hiring a talented professional to join our Global Marketing Department in a leading and influential role as: Director of Global Digital Marketing
Position Purpose
Caesarstone is seeking an experienced digital marketing leader to drive its global digital strategy, strengthen market capabilities, and support the transition toward a more centralized and scalable marketing model.
The role combines strategic leadership, digital innovation, content and social media governance, and market enablement, with a strong focus on business impact and performance.
Reports to: Global CMO
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Digital Strategy & Growth Enablement
Define and lead Caesarstone's global digital marketing strategy
Develop global frameworks, methodologies and operating models that support business objectives
Identify growth opportunities across markets and translate them into scalable programs
Introduce innovative technologies, AI solutions and new engagement models that increase productivity and marketing effectiveness
2. Content, Social Media & Audience Engagement
Define and lead Caesarstone's global digital content strategy across channels and audiences
Own the global social media strategy and governance model
Lead the development of LinkedIn as a strategic brand and influence platform
Evaluate and develop emerging channels and engagement opportunities
· Identify opportunities to amplify Caesarstone's reach and influence through business partners, professional communities and strategic collaborations.
3. Digital Effectiveness & Performance Management
Establish global digital KPIs and measurement frameworks
Drive best practices in media investment, agency management and resource allocation
Monitor adoption, effectiveness and business contribution of digital initiatives
Requirements
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy and audience engagement
Proven experience leading global or multi-market digital programs - significant advantage
Strong expertise in content marketing, social media and digital strategy
Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset
Experience influencing stakeholders across matrix organizations
Familiarity with AI tools, digital innovation and emerging technologies
Fluent professional English – mandatory
