Logistics Operational Manager

Job Details: Job Description: - Manage, monitor, and optimize logistics (storage , transportation and shipping) processes across the organization - Work closely with external Freight Forwarders, Logistics service providers and third-party vendors - Track and manage SLA performance, delivery times, exceptions, and returns - Develop and maintain operational KPI reports - Build and implement automation workflows using tools such as Smartsheet, Make, Zapier, and Power Automate - Write and execute basic to intermediate SQL queries - Integrate systems such as ERP, WMS, and CRM - Design and deploy AI Agents/Bots to support operational logistics processes -Drive performance improvements, cost reduction, and operational transparency through data and automation *This is a temporary position for 36 months.
