Description
Responsible for all of the firm's legal databases:
Evaluating, purchasing, and implementing AI systems and technologies for database management.
Organizing and optimizing the firm's document database.
Organizing and optimizing the firm's template database.
Creating databases of examples for specific documents and clauses (Best Practices) for use with AI tools.
Creating databases of prompts and playbooks for use with AI tools.
Optimizing the interface between the various databases and between the systems that use them.
Responsible for creating information extraction and new information generation processes:
Evaluating, purchasing, and implementing AI systems and technologies for extracting and generating information from legal documents.
Building processes for generating legal insights, business insights (BI), and statistics for marketing and legal work purposes.
Responsible for AI training:
Building a training program for AI systems.
Coordinating training with the relevant parties.
Responsible for creating automation processes:
Creating automations for legal documents using AI systems.
Creating automations for legal work processes using AI (workflows).
Requirements
lawyer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience
excellent English proficiency, and a strong aptitude for technology and innovation.
