• Maintain and update CRM systems (leads, accounts, order records)
• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and pipeline summaries
• Manage quotes, proposals, and order documentation
• Coordinate between sales, logistics, and finance teams
• Track open orders and follow up on customer inquiries
• Support onboarding of new distributors and partners

• 1–2 years of experience in sales support or operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel)
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) - an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English - written and verbal
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Experience in an international or B2B sales environment
• Familiarity with ERP or order management tools
• Additional languages — an advantage
