Isrotel is an Israeli hotel chain founded in 1980 by British-Jewish businessman David Lewis, who opened the chain's first property, the King Solomon Hotel in Eilat, in 1984. The company is publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange under the ticker ISRO. Headquartered in Tel Aviv, Isrotel typically employs around 5,000 people. During the 2023-2024 Iron Swords war, the chain's primary focus shifted temporarily to housing thousands of displaced civilians from Israel's northern and southern border regions. Recently, Isrotel initiated its first major international expansion by acquiring and developing properties in Greece and Cyprus under the new brand name "Aluma".

Although occasionally miscategorized in tech directories, Isrotel is fundamentally a hospitality and tourism enterprise. It manages dozens of hotels across Israel, segmented into distinct brands such as Isrotel Exclusive (which includes high-end properties like the Beresheet Hotel in Mitzpe Ramon and the Carmel Forest Spa), Isrotel Collection, and Isrotel Design. The company's internal technology operations—encompassing IT, e-commerce, and digital marketing—focus on direct-to-consumer online booking engines, hotel network infrastructure, and the backend operations of its "Sun Club" (Chug Hashemesh) loyalty program.
