Insightec is an Israeli medical-technology company that developed a non-invasive treatment platform using Focused Ultrasound guided by MRI imaging. The technology enables surgical-precision interventions without incisions, by concentrating acoustic energy at a precise point within tissue.

Insightec's primary product, marketed under the name Exablate, is used to treat neurological conditions including Essential Tremor and Parkinson's disease-related tremor, as well as oncology applications. The platform has received FDA clearance for specific indications and is sold to hospitals and tertiary medical centers globally. The buyer is the medical institution, not the individual patient.
