Clalit Health Services (כללית) is the largest health maintenance organization (HMO) in Israel and one of the largest healthcare organizations in the world by membership. It serves more than half of Israel's population and operates as a non-profit entity regulated under Israel's National Health Insurance Law of 1995.

Clalit provides primary, secondary, and tertiary medical care through a network of hospitals, community clinics, and pharmacies across Israel. Its hospital network includes the Rabin Medical Center (Beilinson campus) and other major facilities. Clalit holds one of the world's largest and most longitudinally rich medical databases, which has served as the basis for research collaborations with technology companies in the digital health space.
