System Test Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled System Test Team Lead to join our storage company. As a System Test Team Lead, you will lead a team of system testers responsible for ensuring the quality of our storage solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs, verify bug fixes, and develop testing strategies. You will be responsible for ensuring that the System Test team delivers high-quality results, meets deadlines, and maintains effective communication with stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of system testers. Develop and implement system testing strategies and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs. Verify bug fixes and ensure they meet the required quality standards. Develop and maintain test cases, plans, and documentation. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality test results. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in system testing. Requirements 4+ years of experience in system testing. At least 3 years of management experience Strong understanding of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
