MyCast is a fast-growing Smart TV content distribution platform, working with content creators and media partners around the world. We are a small but ambitious company with huge growth potential, looking for a Content & Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is a hands-on role combining content, marketing, partnerships, and product thinking — ideal for someone creative, curious, and excited to grow with us.
Who are you?
You are creative, communicative, and full of ideas.
You have a strong understanding of digital content, trends, and audience engagement, along with excellent interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships.
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment, taking initiative, and collaborating closely with different teams to make things happen.
What will you do?
• Manage relationships with existing content partners and creators.
• Reach out to new content owners and create partnership opportunities.
• Lead content and marketing initiatives across different channels.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to improve the platform and user experience.
• Analyze content performance and help optimize results.
• Bring creative ideas and strong visual thinking into everything you do.
Requirements
• High/native-level English — MUST.
• Creative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Passion for content, media, and digital trends.
• Technical orientation and ability to quickly learn systems and platforms.
• Ability to multitask and take ownership.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or another relevant field.
• Portuguese and/or Spanish — a big advantage.
