Description
The company is hiring a hands-on IT Support Technician for its Tel Aviv office to support on-site employees and keep the workplace running smoothly. The role covers desk-side hardware setup, structured cabling and network-room basics, workstation imaging, and end-user support across Windows and macOS — all handled through the company ticketing system against defined SLAs.
On-site 5 days/week at the Tel Aviv office (no remote / hybrid).
Install, configure and maintain workstations — monitors, docking stations, peripherals, cabling
Run and manage structured cabling and basic network-room tasks (with guidance)
Image and prepare laptops/desktops (Windows & macOS); maintain spare-device stock
Onboard and offboard employees — accounts, access, equipment hand-out and return
Handle IT support tickets through the company ITSM system against SLAs
Provide AV and conference-room support for meetings and events
Manage IT asset inventory and stocktaking
Apply basic IT security / compliance practices — device hardening, access control, secure disposal
Escalate complex issues and collaborate with the central IT team
Requirements
Desktop hardware install, break/fix & setup — monitors, docking stations, peripherals, cabling
Networking fundamentals — structured cabling, patch panels, switches, network-room basics, IP / DHCP / DNS
Windows & macOS desktop support, troubleshooting & imaging
ITSM / ticketing & SLA handling
Identity & access — Active Directory / Okta / SSO, employee onboarding & offboarding
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace support
AV / conference-room & meeting-room support
IT security & compliance basics — device hardening, access control, PII handling
Nice-to-have skills
MDM / endpoint management (Intune / Autopilot / Jamf)
IT asset & inventory management / stocktaking
Basic scripting (PowerShell / Bash)
Hebrew + English (professional)
Experience supporting a fast-paced R&D / tech environment
