We are seeking for an experienced FP&A and Capital Markets Manager to join the Corporate Development team. This role plays a central part in shaping the company’s financial strategy, capital planning, and investment decision-making processes, supporting a multi-billion-dollar annual investment program
Responsibilities
Capital Markets & Corporate Finance
Build and maintain corporate-level funding strategy, including optimization of capital structure and long-term financing plans
Drive debt and equity capital raising activities, including transaction execution, and coordination with external advisors
Lead engagement with credit rating agencies, including preparation of analytical materials, management presentations, and ongoing rating processes
Financial Planning
Lead corporate cash flow planning, liquidity management, and sources-and-uses analysis
Evaluate and support capital allocation decisions across the company’s business activities and geographic markets, with a focus on optimizing risk-adjusted returns and strategic value creation
Lead the annual sources-and-uses budgeting process
Own the corporate financial model and long-term forecasting framework, providing visibility into financial performance, liquidity, and funding requirements
Prepare and present financial performance reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management
Define the company’s foreign exchange hedging strategy and related risk management policies, and collaborate with the Treasury team to ensure effective implementation and execution
Drive continuous improvement of financial planning, reporting, and decision-support processes
As part of the corporate development team, partner with the investor relations and M&A teams to support related activities
Support investor relations activities, including preparation of financial analyses and materials for meetings with investors and sell-side analysts
Support the evaluation of potential M&A opportunities, including transaction economics and impact on the company’s operations, financial performance, and capital requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree (MBA, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline) – an advantage
4-6 years of experience in investment banking, financial advisory, consulting, corporate finance, or economic/financial analysis roles, with a strong focus on financing and capital markets
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial and strategic scenarios
Deep understanding of corporate finance, capital markets, and financial planning principles
Excellent quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience in the renewable energy sector – an advantage
