About the Role We're looking for an exceptional AI Research Engineer to join one of the most strategic teams at Novee. You'll join a small, highly technical team building the autonomous security agent at the core of our platform. Our agent performs penetration testing, discovers vulnerabilities, and continuously evolves to become a smarter attacker. A key part of the role is designing and improving evaluation frameworks that measure the agent's performance, validate every improvement, and help us understand where it succeeds-and where it can do better. You'll combine AI research, statistical analysis, software engineering, experimentation, and cybersecurity while staying at the forefront of AI by reading the latest research and turning new ideas into production-ready capabilities. Responsibilities Develop and improve Novee's autonomous security agent. Design and build evaluation frameworks for AI models and agents. Research, implement, and validate new AI techniques. Analyze model performance and optimize agent behavior. Build scalable experimentation and benchmarking systems. Translate cutting-edge AI research into production. Collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts Requirements B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative field. Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience building software products or research projects. Statistical thinking and an experimental mindset. Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with AI research. Bonus Points Experience working with AI Agents or LLMs. Experience designing evaluation frameworks for AI systems. Background in Offensive Security, Penetration Testing, or Cybersecurity.
