About the postion Work directly with clients (financial institutions, regulators, enforcement bodies) to understand complex needs Translate business and investigative problems into AI-driven solutions Build working prototypes and production-grade solutions quickly Explore and analyze complex datasets to uncover insights, anomalies, and opportunities Lead special projects for non-standard, high-impact cases Operate as part of a small, senior, execution-focused team Deliver testable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions Implement solutions to complex problems involving large-scale data Our Stack: Modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, orchestration), Python, cloud environments (AWS/GCP), data platforms, and scalable architectures Equal Opportunity Employer Requirements 5+ years of experience in engineering, data, or technical product roles, building real-world systems Strong technical skills with the ability to design and build end-to-end solutions independently Hands-on experience with modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, prompting, orchestration) Strong analytical skills and data intuition; ability to work with complex, large datasets Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to turn ambiguous challenges into structured solutions Strong product mindset: understanding what to build, why it matters, and how to deliver impact Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex domains (fintech, fraud, tax, enforcement) Strong client-facing and communication skills; able to lead discussions with technical and business stakeholders Excellent English (spoken and written) High ownership, fast execution, and ability to operate in dynamic, unstructured environments
