What we're looking for
Faye is looking for a Social Media Lead to join our Communications & Brand team in Tel Aviv and take our online presence to new heights. As a modern, digital and person-first travel insurance & assistance platform that’s going the distance to care for American travelers, we want to make sure we’re meeting them where they’re at online.

Responsibilities
Elevate our organic social media presence across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube Threads and LinkedIn with strategic content that aligns with Faye’s vision and mission of continuing to disrupt a legacy-dominated space
Grow followers, likes, engagements, shares, saves, and comments across all channels MoM to boost brand awareness while continually managing brand reputation
Create a steady drumbeat of diverse content and execute a social content editorial calendar including: quick-win posts that jump on the latest trends;interactive content based on the channel’s capabilities; videos; news and feature updates; repurposing other owned content we create (blog and more)
Write and appear in video scripts as one of the faces of Faye
Create/edit short-form videos, specifically for TikTok and Instagram
Support Growth Marketing ad creation needs - from topic ideation to supporting copy writing to video creation; also suggest organic content that can be boosted to aid acquisition efforts
Stay up-to-date on the latest algorithm changes and feature releases across platforms, sharing insights with the team
Partake in social listening while constantly identifying social trends to jump on (and those not to), as well as what our dear travelers are saying
Work with Claims and Customer Experience to monitor policy and claim-specific chatter on socials
Aid HR in employer branding efforts, spotlighting our major company milestones and new hires on our employer branding specific channels
Utilize tools for timed posting and measurement, including Hootsuite
Play a key role in paid influencer campaigns and social media travel partnership content
Share social chatter about Faye, reviews and feedback with teams including Product
Work with our brand design team & freelancers to bring content to life visually
Analyze, review, and report on social media activity, tying organic social efforts to the bottom line when possible
Engage with travelers in key forums: Quora, Reddit, Facebook groups, etc
Focus on both engaging with travelers, as well as travel advisors/agents and potential partners
Put Faye top of mind for consumers by surprising and delighting them with our different approach to social media content and the world of travel protection
Requirements
8+ years managing social media for B2C brands
In-depth understanding of the following platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads and LinkedIn. YouTube is a plus.
Proven track record of increasing followers, likes, shares, engagements, comments and more
Ability to measure social media’s impact on the brand
Native English speaker/writer with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of content marketing best practices - from CTAs to logo placement to script writing
Knowledge of tools including Canva and Figma
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism or related field
A strong attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A self starter who works well with tight deadlines
Creativity and an eagerness to innovate & think outside the box
Experience or knowledge of the hospitality or travel industries - a plus
