Social Media Manager - Outplayed

Description We are on the hunt for a highly creative, gaming-obsessed Social Media Manager to join the Outplayed team at Overwolf. As Social Media Manager, you’ll lead Outplayed’s social presence across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X, helping turn the brand into a must-follow destination for gamers worldwide. You’ll own the social strategy from the ground up, creating content, managing creators, engaging communities, reacting to trends in real time, and driving measurable growth across all channels. If you’re fueled by gaming culture, fluent in memes, fearless in the face of viral trends, and ready to help Outplayed become a legendary social destination for gamers everywhere, step forward and fulfill your destiny Responsibilities In this role, you will: Lead and execute Outplayed’s social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X Create, schedule, and publish engaging social content across all platforms Build and manage a network of gaming creators for Outplayed’s owned channels Develop trend-reactive content and capitalize on viral opportunities Monitor platform trends, memes, creators, and gaming conversations daily Manage day-to-day community engagement, including replies, comments, and interactions Collaborate with the Community Manager to align campaigns and messaging Analyze content performance and contribute to weekly reporting and optimization Help scale Outplayed’s social presence into a leading gaming content brand Requirements 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or content creation Experience working with creators or influencers, a big plus Native-level English and Hebrew, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media platforms, including X, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Experience with short-form video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Experience with Hootsuite Familiarity with relevant games, with Minecraft strongly preferred Familiarity with Valorant, League of Legends, and Discord, a plus Passion for social media products and engaging with gamers Experience in demon slaying Hardcore PC gamer with experience in multiple genres, including FPS, MOBA, RPG, RTS, MMO, and hybrids
