Financial Reporting & Reconciliation Analyst

Description Financial Analyst: Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Location: Delijorgji Complex. We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliations, preferably within international or multi-entity organizations. This role is focused on financial performance analysis, reporting accuracy, data validation, and business insights that support strategic decision making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, maintain, and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports across multiple entities. Perform detailed financial reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Analyze revenue, costs, margins, and key business performance indicators. Monitor and reconcile partner payment reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Reconcile bank accounts, card transactions, and operational financial data. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Monitor intercompany balances and ensure consistency across multiple entities. Develop financial models, dashboards, and management reports. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improving financial performance. Collaborate with finance and operational teams to improve reporting processes and internal controls. Support ad hoc financial analysis and business decision making initiatives. Requirements Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or reconciliation roles. Experience working with international companies or multi entity organizations. Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L analysis, and cash flow reporting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms. Experience working in a fast-paced international environment. Why Join Us?
