Senior Planner

Serve as the primary operational focal point for global manufacturing partners and subcontractors. Build, manage, and drive production and material plans aligned with company demand and launch schedules. Own delivery commitments and communicate execution status, risks, and recovery plans to internal stakeholders and external partners. Manage end-to-end material flow and supply chain activities from procurement planning through production execution. Run and maintain MRP planning processes and monitor material availability to support production continuity. Work closely with Procurement teams on PO execution, supplier management, lead-time tracking, and shortage mitigation. Drive expedite activities and advanced procurement actions for long lead-time components. Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and subcontractors to ensure BOM readiness and production alignment. Develop and maintain operational reports including WIP, shortages, excess inventory, supply availability, and recovery tracking. Monitor subcontractor execution and proactively identify supply chain, capacity, and schedule risks. Support NPI builds, ramp-up activities, and production transitions into mass manufacturing. Work directly with U.S.-based teams and suppliers during U.S. business hours when required. Lead cross-functional operational discussions and drive execution across matrix organizations. Support inventory management, material allocation, and production prioritization activities. Drive operational discipline, accountability, and execution visibility across the supply chain organization. דרישות: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Planning, Production Planning, or Material Planning within Electronics / Consumer Electronics manufacturing environments. Strong experience working with subcontractors and CM partners in global manufacturing operations. Proven experience managing complex material flow and procurement activities end-to-end. Hands-on experience running MRP systems and production planning processes. Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control. Experience managing shortages, expedite activities, and recovery plans under high-pressure environments. Excellent analytical, operational, and systems-thinking capabilities.
