We are looking for a driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to play a key role in building and scaling high-performing teams. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent. What You’ll Do
Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a wide range of roles
Partner closely with senior leadership to define hiring needs, shape talent strategy, and drive execution
Own and execute complex sourcing and headhunting efforts to attract top-tier talent
Build, optimize, and scale recruitment processes, frameworks, and best practices
Operate in a global environment, collaborating with stakeholders across different regions and time zones
Leverage data, metrics, and AI tools to improve hiring performance and decision-making
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within high-tech companies or fast-paced startups
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across diverse roles, including technical and R&D positions
Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities
Experience in global recruitment and working across multiple geographies
Experience building and improving recruitment strategies, processes, and infrastructures
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for optimization and decision-making
Experience in a cybersecurity startup – a strong advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
