Description
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist & Time Attendance Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of payroll processing and attendance management for a large-scale organization.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll preparation and payroll validation processes.
Monitor, control, and maintain employee time and attendance records.
Handle complex attendance-related issues and payroll calculations for hourly employees.
Create, update, and maintain employment agreements within the Synerion system.
Perform attendance data validation, exception analysis, and discrepancy investigations.
Implement and maintain attendance policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
Work closely with HR and managers to ensure accurate payroll and attendance reporting.
Support continuous improvement of payroll and attendance processes and systems.
Requirements
3–4 years of payroll experience within a company of approximately 500 employees or more.
Certified Payroll Accountant (Payroll Certification) – mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Malam Payroll System – mandatory.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with hourly employees and complex payroll calculations – an advantage.
Full proficiency in Synerion, including setup and maintenance of employment agreements – an advantage.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong technological orientation and ability to work with HR, payroll, and attendance management systems.
