Description
Regulus is an agile defense-tech startup tackling the most complex challenges in counter-drone and uncrewed defense. With hundreds of combat-proven systems deployed by the IDF and global partners, we are now engineering the next generation of C-UxS (Counter-Uncrewed Systems). We leverage advanced electronic warfare and kinetic measures to detect and neutralize hostile threats. If you want to push technological boundaries while safeguarding Israel and our allies, join us at this pivotal stage of our growth.
We are looking for TPMs who:
Want to grow in a high-impact, fast-scaling startup environment
Are excited by complex, multi-disciplinary engineering systems
Thrive in deep execution roles, not just coordination
Bring a can-do, ownership-driven mindset and strong technical curiosity
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate multiple complex R&D projects end-to-end.
Work directly with both hardware and Embedded software engineering teams, along with other disciplines (system, FPGA, mechanical, RF).
Build and maintain execution plans for multi-layered technical systems.
Track dependencies, interfaces, risks, and integration points across teams.
Identify technical and execution risks early and drive mitigation actions.
Run focused execution forums: stand-ups, technical reviews, design reviews, readiness checks.
Support integration activities, lab testing, and field trials.
Ensure alignment between engineering teams, priorities, and delivery goals.
Work as part of a TPM team, collaborating closely and sharing ownership of execution.
Requirements
5 years of experience in technical project management / TPM roles.
Experience working with R&D engineering teams.
Proven experience in projects combining Embedded software and hardware development (both are required).
Strong ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in parallel.
Technical understanding and ability to communicate effectively with engineers.
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday, MS Project or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
