Description We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with Priority (ERP) experience to join our Finance team at Truvid's Ra'anana headquarters. Our Finance team plays a central role in the company — ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and business obligations, while planning ahead and building the financial infrastructure needed to support Truvid's continued growth. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in our Ra'anana office. ✨ ABOUT THE ROLE You're someone who takes pride in clean books and doesn't let details slip through the cracks. If you're the kind of person who finds satisfaction in a perfectly reconciled account — this role is for you. 🔄 YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Working in Priority ERP to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Running the monthly close process, including journal entries, accruals, and prepaid expense tracking Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, vendor accounts, and intercompany balances Processing vendor invoices and preparing payment runs Managing VAT filings and tax deduction reports to local authorities Collaborating with internal teams to support financial queries and reporting needs Contributing to ad-hoc financial reports and special projects as needed 🎯 REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in a high-tech or product company — a must Certified Bookkeeper, Level 2 or above Proficient in Priority ERP — this is a must Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken — a must Experience working with foreign currencies Advanced Excel skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and discretion when handling sensitive financial information A team player who can also work independently, and who picks up new systems quickly Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach 💙 ABOUT TRUVID Truvid is an online video technology provider that delivers end-to-end communication and distribution solutions for media owners worldwide.
