As a Director of Product - Payments, you will lead our organization in shaping the future of our global payments platforms. This is a unique opportunity to define strategy, scale innovative payment solutions, and directly impact the company’s growth.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Appcharge’s payments platform, aligning with business objectives, regulatory requirements, customer points and internal departments needs.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers, while defining scalable working processes that foster a culture of excellence, clear ownership, and execution velocity.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business stakeholders to drive execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with payment providers, processors, and regulatory bodies to strengthen product capabilities and market positioning.
Define and track key success metrics, ensuring the product organization delivers measurable business impact.
Represent the Product team at the management level, influencing company-wide strategy and contributing to overall business goals.
Drive innovation in payment flows, payment orchestration, fraud prevention, integrations, and customer experience across multiple geographies.
Requirements
7+ years of Product Management experience
3+ years in a leadership role managing PMs or cross-functional teams.
Proven track record in fintech, payments, or payment orchestration, with deep knowledge of processing, acquiring, and compliance requirements.
Experience in building and scaling complex B2B or B2B2C payment products.
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product decisions to company growth and revenue impact.
Demonstrated success in building and mentoring high-performing product teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and external partners.
Passion for innovation and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Fluent in English (written & verbal).
