UI/UX Expert (Part-Time)

Role Overview UI/UX Expert (Part-Time) We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic UI/UX Expert to take full ownership of the product experience across a complex multidisciplinary product ecosystem combining hardware and software. This role requires deep UX expertise, strong product thinking, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to lead end-to-end user experience processes in a fast-moving startup environment. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, hands-on execution, user empathy, AI-oriented thinking, and the ability to simplify highly complex operational workflows into intuitive product experiences. Key Responsibilities Own the full user experience lifecycle across all the solution’s products: research, analysis, ideation, flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI, validation, and optimization Design and build intuitive user experiences Conduct user research and behavioral analysis using qualitative and quantitative methodologies Leverage AI tools and AI-driven workflows as part of the design and product discovery process Lead usability testing and continuous UX improvement processes Drive UX improvements based on analytics, field feedback, and user behavior insights Evolve the company’s design language and Design System Define UX methodologies, standards, and best practices across the organization Requirements Must Have 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design of products combining hardware and software Deep proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, variables, and design system management. Proven experience working with AI products, AI tools, or AI-assisted workflows Proven experience analyzing user behavior and improving experiences through research and data-driven methodologies Experience working in startup environment Strong portfolio demonstrating deep UX thinking and high-quality UI execution Experience building and maintaining scalable Design Systems and Component Libraries Strong microcopy and product communication capabilities Deep understanding of User-Centered Design principles High level of English Availability to work 5 days a week (6-7 hours a day) Nice to Have Experience designing products used in physical environments in Retail Experience collaborating closely with Frontend teams Strong technical understanding of modern product architectures Hands-on field research experience Familiarity with UX analytics tools and behavioral analysis platforms What We Offer The opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing, innovative company.
