Join Onyx Security and help build the control plane for autonomous AI in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Onyx is building the control layer that enables enterprises to safely adopt and scale AI agents across the organization, with the visibility, governance, and operational control needed to understand what agents exist, what they do, how they behave, and what risks they introduce.
About the Role
We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Operations team and drive execution across the business. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on getting things done - you'll own operational projects end-to-end, partner closely with GTM and cross-functional teams, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll report to the Chief of Staff and Operations and work at the intersection of strategy and execution - translating priorities into plans, and plans into outcomes.
What you will do
Lead business initiatives and projects from planning through execution, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and with impact.
Build, improve, and maintain operational processes and workflows across the company.
Support and optimize the business systems, tools, and processes that keep the company running.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to support company growth.
Establish scalable processes that improve visibility, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Analyze business performance and surface opportunities for growth, efficiency, and optimization.
Own key company operating cadences - from All-Hands to weekly syncs - end to end.
Prepare and manage high-impact materials for key events and strategic engagements.
Requirements
What you will bring
4+ years in business operations, strategy & ops, or a similar role within a startup environment.
Strong execution skills - you move fast, stay organized, and follow through.
Comfortable working across functions and building relationships with GTM and technical teams alike.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights and decisions.
Excellent communication skills - both in writing and in a room.
Self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and doesn't need a lot of hand-holding.
