Managing and controlling the configuration of products, components, and engineering documents throughout the product lifecycle, while ensuring the integrity, traceability, and up-to-date status of engineering data within organizational systems.
Responsibilities:
Configuration & Traceability Management: Manage configuration control and traceability for products, sub-assemblies, and components, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Part Numbers (P/Ns), revisions, documents, and drawings.
Engineering Change Management: Lead and manage Engineering Change processes (ECR/ECO), including initiation, documentation, approval tracking, system updates, and ensuring proper implementation.
Document Control: Handle the release, maintenance, and version control of engineering documents, specifications, work instructions, and Device Master Records (DMR) / product files.
Data Maintenance: Create and maintain engineering data within ERP/PLM systems, generate reports, and audit data quality and integrity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Production, Procurement, and Operations to implement changes, resolve configuration gaps, and support investigations.
Audit Support: Support internal and external audits regarding configuration management, engineering changes, and document control.

Practical Engineer in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Management, or another relevant field.
Academic degree in a relevant field – An advantage.
At least 2 years of experience in Configuration Management and/or managing Engineering Change processes within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Deep familiarity with ECO/ECR processes and document control methodologies.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOMs.
Experience working in a regulated environment and/or medical devices – A significant advantage.
Experience with ERP systems, including managing BOMs, Part Numbers, and revisions (Priority experience – An advantage).
Experience working with PLM/PDM systems – An advantage.
High proficiency in MS Office applications, with a strong emphasis on Excel, including the utilize of AI tools.
Fluency in Hebrew and a high level of technical English.
Strong organizational skills, highly meticulous, and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple interfaces in a fast-paced environment.
