ZIMLog is hiring! Join our global logistics network as a CFO to manage all financial activities.
In this role we are looking for an experienced finance individual with strong background in Global finance and interfaces to lead all financial activities of the holding company including local and global aspects.
Main Tasks:
Financial planning and analysis
Lead the Annual Budget process for ZLG Group including setting the methodologies, providing templates and consolidation process
Monthly actual vs. budget and analysis of deviations review
Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements
Oversee pricing strategies and profitability analysis
Supervise compliance with the budget framework (HC, T&E, acquisitions)
Supporting the head office business decisions by providing financial perspective and leadership
Periodically review sales incentive scheme
Financial reports/ accounting
Assist subsidiaries finance teams with the quarterly reporting process
Review yearly and quarterly FS and analyze deviations
Review of internal controls and SOX Compliance
Transfer pricing – Periodical reassessments, Compliance. TP compliance & implementation
Treasury
Maintain signatory rights
Payment’s approval WF
AR - Collection monitoring
Ongoing cash management
Provide financial support to subsidiaries (IC loans)
ZLG HO
Handle HO vendor engagements and invoices - AP postings
Monthly reporting to the Authorities
Salary process – provide data, review and approve
Manage ZLG bank account – perform payments, review bank reconciliations
Quarterly closing - Reporting Package submission (FS draft), management fee income calculation
Preparation of Financial Statements (ZLG solo)
Prepare annual Tax report
Requirements
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – A must
At least 5 years of experience as an accountant in a company, or experience as a manager in an accounting firm
Proven experience working with international markets- Significant advantage
High-level English proficiency
Advanced proficiency in Excel
