Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Microsoft Office applications, commercial off-the-shelf software, and monitoring/control systems.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and computing equipment issues.
Deliver exceptional, professional, and patient service to users.
Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working in a technical support center / Helpdesk – Must
High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, standard software, computing equipment, and control/monitoring systems – Must.
Strong learning capabilities and the ability to master new technologies quickly – Must.
A strong customer-service orientation and great communication skills – Must.
