Organizational Security Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Organizational Security Manager to lead the company’s physical security, security awareness initiatives, and security-related projects. This role requires strong ownership, cross-functional leadership, operational execution, and a technology-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Own and manage the company’s physical security operations, including access controls, security systems, monitoring, procedures, and ongoing operational activities. Lead and oversee the company’s security operations/monitoring team, ensuring operational readiness and effective incident handling. Drive and implement information security awareness programs, including employee training, awareness initiatives, and security culture adoption across the organization. Lead cross-functional security and information security projects, partnering with internal stakeholders to improve controls, processes, and organizational resilience. Requirements 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects in information security, corporate security, physical security, or similar domains. Strong technology orientation, preferably with cybersecurity knowledge or experience. High level of independence, ownership, matrix leadership, and hands-on execution. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
