Junior System Reliability Engineer

Description We're looking for a tech-savvy, curious, and motivated Junior System Reliability Engineer to join our support team. Responsibilities Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Perform basic system maintenance and software upgrades Analyze logs and system behavior under guidance Collaborate with experienced engineers and escalate complex cases Contribute to documentation and internal knowledge sharing Continuously build knowledge in cloud, storage, and automation technologies Requirements 1–2 years of experience in a technical support, IT, or system admin role - A must Relevant academic or professional studies Familiarity with Linux (you enjoy tinkering and understanding how things work) Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure or GCP is a plus) Strong communication skills in English - Written and verbal Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment About Silk The Silk Platform delivers software-defined cloud storage that empowers high-performance cloud databases to perform, share data, and run efficiently.
