Configuration Engineer

Own configuration management processes throughout the product lifecycle from development through mass production. • Maintain and manage product structures, multi-level BOMs, and released configurations within Fusion. • Ensure BOM accuracy, completeness, and alignment between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations. • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), and change implementation activities. • Maintain revision control for drawings, specifications, ATPs, manufacturing instructions, procedures, and engineering documentation. • Verify consistency between Fusion, ERP systems, manufacturing documentation, and released engineering data. • Ensure all released documentation packages are complete, accurate, and production-ready. • Support NPI activities by preparing and controlling product release packages. • Coordinate configuration reviews and drive closure of documentation and product structure discrepancies. • Maintain traceability of product configurations and engineering changes. • Support audits, compliance requirements, and configuration verification activities. • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure alignment of released product data. • Monitor implementation of engineering changes across internal teams and contract manufacturers. • Identify and resolve BOM discrepancies, revision conflicts, and documentation gaps. • Drive continuous improvement of configuration management processes, standards, and tools. דרישות: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technical Management, or related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Configuration Management, Product Data Management, Engineering Documentation Control, or related roles. • Strong understanding of BOM structures, product lifecycle management, and engineering change processes. • Experience managing engineering documentation, manufacturing instructions, ATPs, procedures, and technical data packages. • Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Fusion preferred). • Experience supporting NPI, manufacturing, and production environments. • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation management skills. • Excellent attention to detail and process discipline. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluent English – mandatory. Preferred Qualifications Experience in aerospace, electronics, telecommunications, or high-reliability manufacturing industries. • Experience working with complex assemblies and multi-level BOM structures. • Familiarity with ERP systems and integration between PLM and manufacturing systems. • Knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, and configuration management best practices. • Experience supporting global manufacturing sites and contract manufacturers. ניסיון נדרש: 3-4 שנים
