TopGum is seeking a skilled Production Planning and Control Manager to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes. This role involves coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and maximizing efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Analyze production data to identify and resolve issues affecting productivity.
Lead and manage a team of production planners and coordinators.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and control.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain management.
Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
