Ein Tag in Ihrem Leben bei MKS
In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselrolle in der reibungslosen Abwicklung unserer internationalen Warenströme und sorgen für effiziente Import- und Exportprozesse. Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Partnern zusammen und stellen die Einhaltung zollrechtlicher Vorgaben sicher. Mit Ihrem Organisationstalent und Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise tragen Sie aktiv zur Optimierung logistischer Abläufe bei. Gleichzeitig haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Prozesse mitzugestalten und sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterzuentwickeln.
Ihre Verantwortung
Sie koordinieren und dokumentieren sämtliche Versandprozesse im Warenein- und -ausgang in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Paketdiensten, Speditionen, Lieferanten und unseren Vertriebsstandorten – stets mit Blick auf Effizienz, Kosten und Termintreue
Sie verantworten die Abwicklung zollrelevanter Prozesse im Import und Export unter Berücksichtigung aktueller gesetzlicher Vorgaben und optimaler Zollverfahren für unseren Standort
Sie führen Materialbuchungen im Warenfluss zuverlässig in unserem ERP-System (SAP) durch
Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Import- und Exportprozesse mit
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen
Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z. B. als Kaufmann für Speditions- und Logistikdienstleistungen (m/w/d), Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
Relevante praktische Berufserfahrung im Bereich Import/Export oder Logistik
Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP, MS Office sowie ATLAS
Eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein freundliches Auftreten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eine selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent
Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
