UVeye is seeking a detail-oriented and operationally focused Senior Supply and Material Planner to lead global inventory optimization, resource and production plans, and product returns across our installation and service operations, while achieving goals of lowering total landed cost, improving customer service, and increasing network optimization.
This role is responsible for production plans and procurement requirements throughout contract manufacturing network maintaining accurate inventory within NetSuite ERP, managing the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) lifecycle, and partnering with procurement to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained to support service and installation teams.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
Prepares for and leads the discussion in both the Weekly Sales and Operation Execution (S&OE) Meeting and Monthly S&OP Meeting by presenting the supply plans and the level of inventory across the network based on corresponding time fences.
Makes recommendations via S&OP process to determine long term requirements for production and inventory.
Prepares a 13-week rolling master plan for a selected set of contract manufacturing plants and a monthly view for months 4 – 12.
Creates a constrained rough cut capacity plan over the 12-month S&OP planning horizon.
Develops multiple scenarios, articulates key decisions and recommendations to Supply Chain and Operations Leadership team highlighting service, inventory and cost tradeoffs using planning toolkit.
Maintain accurate inventory records within NetSuite ERP
Monitor and manage inventory levels supporting service, installation, and spare parts operations
Develop and maintain Min/Max inventory parameters in coordination with procurement
Coordinate with UVeye’s third-party logistics (3PL) partners to manage inventory stored in external warehouses
Requirements
8+ years of experience in supply planning, material, inventory management, RMA operations, or supply chain operations
5+ years of xxperience working within ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Strong understanding of inventory control practices such as ABC/XYZ analysis & cycle counting
Replenishment planning methods (Reorder Point, Min/Max, JIT, Anticipation, Periodic Ordering, Top-Off, demand forecasting)
Strong project management skills concentrated on process mapping, systems rollouts, data gathering and business analytics
Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
Ability to manage global inventory across multiple warehouse locations
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, collaboration abilities and the ability to prioritize workload
Ideally, we're looking for
Experience supporting hardware, manufacturing, or field service operations
Experience coordinating inventory between ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS)
Experience managing product returns, repairs, or refurbishment programs
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Inventory control and supply planning

Compensation:
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $105,000.
